Howlings Bar Perth
Howlings Bar has been open for almost two weeks and resides at the old “Nine Mary’s” venue on the corner of Milligan & Hay Streets, Perth.
Howlings Bar Perth Menu offers nine pages of food varying from Ceviche, Carpaccio, to a Roast Lamb Rack with pea puree. They also offer original cocktails, a wine list that starts at Hesketh “Rules of Engagement” Pinot Gris at $35 bottle and escalates to Penfolds Grange at $850 a bottle.
In addition to the Brasserie, they have a “Dispensary” to cater for the high volume of city workers that want a quick breakfast burrito, sandwich for lunch or coffee to go.
On Tuesday 24 March, they officially launched and The Foodie Hub was in attendence shooting some video to start, and then accessing Chef Bobby’s kitchen to take some awesome shots of their diverse and classy menu.
