Shun Fung on the River is situated down near the Bell Tower, in between “The Lucky Shag” and “Halo”. It has recognised that the standard it was delivering was falling short of the level it wanted to achieve and has recently addressed that. It has appointed four chefs from China with 100 years experience between them to head the kitchen and significantly improve their menu.
